À qui conviennent les implants dentaires complets ?
Les implants dentaires complets sont destinés aux patients ayant perdu la plupart ou la totalité de leurs dents naturelles, suite à des caries, une maladie parodontale ou un traumatisme. Contrairement aux prothèses amovibles, les implants fusionnent avec l'os de la mâchoire, offrant ainsi une base permanente et stable.
Ce traitement peut convenir si :
- Il vous manque la plupart de vos dents et vous souhaitez une alternative fixe et d'apparence naturelle aux prothèses dentaires.
- Vous avez une densité osseuse suffisante au niveau de la mâchoire ou vous êtes prêt(e) à subir une greffe osseuse ou un comblement sinusien si nécessaire.
- Vous souhaitez une solution durable et à long terme plutôt qu'une option amovible.
- Vous êtes en bonne santé générale, sans maladie chronique non contrôlée susceptible de ralentir la guérison.

Comment se déroule la pose d'implants dentaires complets à Antalya ?
La pose d'implants dentaires complets en Turquie comprend généralement plusieurs étapes, bien que les techniques modernes permettent de raccourcir considérablement les délais :
Le traitement All-on-4 proposé par DentArma suit un processus structuré. Il débute par une consultation initiale et la planification du traitement, au cours desquelles des examens numériques et des radiographies sont réalisés afin d'évaluer la santé osseuse et d'établir un plan de traitement personnalisé, incluant le type d'implant et la conception de la prothèse. Vient ensuite l'intervention chirurgicale de pose des implants, durant laquelle des implants en titane sont insérés dans l'os de la mâchoire sous anesthésie locale ou sédation pour un confort optimal. La phase de cicatrisation et d'ostéointégration, d'une durée de 3 à 6 mois environ, permet aux implants de fusionner solidement avec l'os. Pendant cette période, des dents provisoires peuvent être posées afin que les patients conservent leur sourire. Enfin, lors de la pose de la prothèse, des couronnes ou des bridges définitifs en zircone ou en porcelaine sont fixés, offrant un résultat esthétique, tactile et fonctionnel identique à celui des dents naturelles.
Que faut-il prendre en compte après la pose d'implants dentaires complets ?
- Hygiène buccale : Brossez-vous les dents et utilisez du fil dentaire régulièrement avec des outils approuvés par les dentistes.
- Alimentation : Privilégiez les aliments mous pendant les premières semaines ; évitez de croquer dans des aliments durs.
- Consultations de suivi : Veuillez vous présenter aux visites de suivi régulières pour les ajustements et la surveillance.
- Soutien à la guérison : Évitez de fumer et de consommer de l’alcool en excès, car cela ralentit la guérison.
