Tam diş implantları kimler için uygundur?
Tam ağız diş implantları, çürük, diş eti hastalığı veya yaralanma nedeniyle doğal dişlerinin çoğunu veya tamamını kaybetmiş hastalar için tasarlanmıştır. Çıkarılabilir protezlerin aksine, implantlar çene kemiğiyle kaynaşarak kalıcı ve sağlam bir temel sağlar.
Bu tedavi aşağıdaki durumlarda uygun olabilir:
- Dişlerinizin büyük bir kısmı eksik ve protezlere alternatif, doğal görünümlü, sabit bir çözüm istiyorsunuz.
- Çene kemiğinizde yeterli kemik yoğunluğuna sahipsiniz veya gerekirse kemik grefti veya sinüs kaldırma ameliyatı geçirmeye razısınız.
- Sökülebilir bir seçenek yerine, dayanıklı ve uzun vadeli bir çözüm istiyorsunuz.
- Genel sağlık durumunuz iyi ve iyileşmeyi yavaşlatabilecek kontrol altına alınmamış kronik hastalıklarınız yok.
- Sigara içmiyorsunuz veya sigarayı bırakmaya kararlısınız, çünkü sigara içmek implant başarı oranlarını etkileyebilir.
Antalya'da Tam Diş İmplantları Nasıl Yapılır?
Türkiye'de tüm ağıza diş implantı uygulaması genellikle birkaç aşamadan oluşur, ancak modern teknikler bu süreyi önemli ölçüde kısaltabilir:
DentArma'daki All-on-4 tedavisi yapılandırılmış bir süreci takip eder. İlk olarak, kemik sağlığını değerlendirmek için dijital taramalar ve röntgenler çekilir ve implant tipi ve protez tasarımı da dahil olmak üzere kişiselleştirilmiş bir tedavi planı oluşturulur. - Beslenme: İlk birkaç hafta boyunca yumuşak yiyecekler tüketin; sert yiyeceklerden kaçının.
- Kontroller: Ayarlamalar ve izleme için düzenli takip ziyaretlerine katılın.
- İyileşmeyi Destekleyici Öneriler: Sigara içmekten ve aşırı alkol tüketiminden kaçının, çünkü bunlar iyileşmeyi yavaşlatır.
- Uzun Süreli Bakım: Uygun bakım ile implantlar 20 yıl veya daha uzun süre dayanabilir.
