I've recently had a full mouth of crowns at Dentarmra. I'm going to give an honest and thorough review. I travelled alone from the UK and at first this felt a bit daunting but everyone from the drivers and dentarma staff made me feel welcome and safe. The transfer from the airport was first class. I spotted my name on a card as soon as I walked out of the airport doors. The driver took my case for me, then came into the hotel reception to ensure I was safely checked in. The transfers from the hotel to clinic also first class. I should give a special mention to Ali who was my driver the majority of the time. He was friendly and chatty and gave me local recommendations for where to explore between appointments. After my first appointment, when he dropped me back to the hotel, he reminded me to take my medication I'd been given as the anaesthetic would wear off. I then realised I couldn't find them and had misplaced them somewhere. He assured me not to worry and he would bring me some more to the hotel. What a service! When you arrive at clinic, you're given a warm welcome, offered a drink and staff introduce themselves to you. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean, bright and airy. It's beautiful and I didn't think I'd ever say that about a dentist building! As for being in the dentist chair. I was so nervous but Dr Efsane was so very patient with me. He explained what was happening along the way and regularly asked if I was OK and comfortable. He didn't mind me asking questions and didn't mind me taking breaks when I felt I needed to stretch my legs or close my mouth for a while. He was patient, kind and gentle. He was lovely. I found it really difficult to choose the tooth shade and shape. Staff didn't rush me and were happy to sit with me and give their advice and opinions. The lovely Elvy took me outside to look at the different shades in the natural light and talked me through it giving her advice and opinion. Professor Emre also sat outside with me too in the sun looking at pictures and giving his personal advice on what shape he felt suited my face shape. When my finals were completed, Professor Emre gave me a final check over and wasn't happy with the way they had been set by the laboratory. He immediately got staff from the laboratory in and had them make me a new set of finals. The team worked hard to complete my new fitting in the available timescale I had. The team looked after me really well. I really appreciated and respected this honesty from Professor Emre in making sure I wasn't sent away before they were up to standard. This shows he is a person of integrity who takes pride in his work being up to standard. I am very happy with my finals. I have been smiling non stop. I've had so many compliments too. This has been a life changing journey for me. I have already been recommending you to people back here in the UK. I have no hesitation in recommending Dentarma and would trust them with my family.
